A Few Words About The Client
Smartbull is a multi-asset trading platform that combines equities, derivatives, and crypto in a single, responsive interface. Block Intelligence built the order management system, real-time market feeds, portfolio analytics, and risk controls so traders could move fast without sacrificing compliance.
The client wanted a unified trading experience across asset classes with Zerodha-level polish and institutional risk checks. They needed low-latency order routing, accurate margin calculations, and dashboards that worked equally well on desktop and mobile.

Our Solution & Results
We delivered a React-based trading terminal with WebSocket-driven ticks and a Node.js backend for order validation and routing. Margin and risk engines run server-side with configurable limits. We integrated the client's market data and execution gateways and built admin tools for surveillance and reporting.
Smartbull launched to the client's user base with sub-15ms order round-trips and 99.9%+ uptime. Daily active traders grew steadily post-launch. The platform has since added new segments and watchlist features on the same core architecture.
