On Demand Healthcare is a telehealth platform connecting patients with doctors for video consultations, e-prescriptions, and follow-up care. Block Intelligence built the patient and provider apps, scheduling system, HIPAA-aware data handling, and payment integration so care could be delivered on demand from any device.
The client needed a reliable telehealth product that could scale across specialties while meeting healthcare data privacy expectations. They required smooth video calls on low bandwidth, doctor availability management, and clear audit trails for consultations and prescriptions.

Our Solution & Results
We delivered React Native apps for patients and providers backed by a Node.js API and PostgreSQL database. We integrated WebRTC video with TURN/STUN fallbacks, encrypted health records at rest, and built admin dashboards for network operations. Payment and notification services completed the loop.
